Funny Girl

Ashley has had a hard time talking and she has gotten better this last month. Well I should say we can understand her now more then we could a month ago. She has started to say things that make me laugh.

"Just 1 min" When asked to do something like go up stairs for bed this is what she will say and she says it for everything. And she put her finger in the air for 1. Everything is in Just 1 min.

"Comehair" or come here. She is always asking someone to come here. Jameson included. She will yell from where she is at and say daddy comehair.

"No Thanks" like when we ask her if she needs to potty she will say no thanks!

She is growing and being such a good big sister to Jameson. She has not once tried to pick him up but she has tried to cover him with blankets saying he is hiding. She is also really good at giving him lots of kisses all the time. She hates to hear him cry and she will run to him and say "It's ok and find him the pacifer to put in his mouth. She is a great bug sister.

4 weeks

Jameson is 4 weeks old today! I can't believe 4 weeks have come and gone since the day he was brought into this world. He is such a great baby. We went to the doctor again yesterday to continue to check on him and the doctor said he is great and he can't believe it. He now weights 8lbs 11oz which is great. Almost 2 pounds gained since he was born! He is also 1 1/4 in taller then he was when he was born! He sleeps good at night and the only time he cries is when he is tired or hungry. Sometimes it takes time for him to go to sleep and he fights not wanting to go to sleep during the day but the crying because of being tired only lasts maybe 5-10 mins which I can handle. He is making up for how he scared us at birth!
